At Youth with a Vision Ministries Incorporated, we offer a 13-week, faith-based program focused on life skills and character development for families. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate that can be presented to the court to help meet legal requirements.

Youth With A Vision Ministries, Inc. is currently seeking purpose-driven individuals in Phoenix, Arizona who are passionate about serving through faith-based content creation and life skills development.
As our ministry expands, we are developing programs that teach integrity, leadership, biblical principles, and practical life skills to youth and families in our community. We believe that when faith meets creativity, transformation happens.
Some projects may include a stipend based on funding availability and assignment.

International Bible Soldiers Training
About Us
Youth With A Vision Ministries, Incorporated is honored to partner with Family & Friends Worship, Prayer & the Word Church in a powerful international outreach that transforms lives through faith, education, and compassion.
Together, we support the International Bible Soldiers Training Program, a global discipleship initiative equipping believers in the United States, Lagos (Nigeria), and Pakistan with strong biblical foundations, leadership development, and practical life skills.
This training empowers youth, families, and emerging leaders to grow spiritually and serve effectively in their communities.
In addition to spiritual development, our partnership extends to weekly feeding programs that provide food and essential support to individuals and families currently facing hardship in Lagos and Pakistan. Through generous partners and volunteers, nutritious meals and basic necessities are distributed consistently to those in need.
What This Partnership Means
- Biblical Training Across Nations: Weekly virtual and in-person Bible Soldiers sessions for youth and adults.

About Pastor Elaine Nelson
Pastor Elaine Nelson is the visionary leader and founder of Family and Friends Worship, Prayer & the Word Church. With a heart devoted to God and a passion for people, she is committed to preaching and teaching the unadulterated Word of God with clarity, compassion, and boldness.
Pastor Elaine carries a deep burden for spiritual growth, restoration, and discipleship. Her ministry emphasizes worship that invites God’s presence, prayer that transforms lives, and biblical truth that builds strong foundations. She believes every believer is called, equipped, and empowered by God to walk in purpose.
Through teaching, outreach, mentorship, and global online fellowship, Pastor Elaine encourages individuals and families to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ and live lives that reflect His love and power.
Her life’s mission is simple: to exalt Christ, equip the saints, and expand the Kingdom of God.

Family and Friends Worship, Prayer & the Word Church is honored to be affiliated in fellowship with Spirit & Life World Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Bryant McNeal.
Pastor Elaine Nelson was licensed and ordained in December 2021 through Spirit & Life World Ministries. This sacred affirmation of ministry was witnessed and supported by Dr. Catherine McNeal, Evangelist Margaret Fields, and Pastor Barry Burdette of House of Prayer Church of God in Christ, who later went home to be with the Lord.
We remain grateful for the spiritual covering, leadership, and fellowship shared through this connection in the body of Christ.

• Lead intake and client communication
• Virtual receptionist and remote office support
• Business communication and technology skills
• Professional workplace training and ethics
This workforce development initiative helps prepare participants for employment in today’s remote and technology-driven economy, while also creating pathways for job placement and income opportunities.
Our programs serve individuals who are seeking to enter or reenter the workforce, including youth, individuals rebuilding their lives, and those looking for opportunities to develop new skills in a supportive environment.
