Faith-Based Life Skills & Character-Building Training
At Youth with a Vision Ministries Incorporated, we offer a 13-week, faith-based program focused on life skills and character development for families. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate that can be presented to the court to help meet legal requirements.
Free Summer Youth Program
Summer Youth with Vision and Purpose
Youth With A Vision Ministries is excited to offer our Summer Youth Program for youth ages 10–17. This program is designed to provide mentorship, leadership development, life skills training, and character-building in a positive and supportive environment.
Our goal is to help young people develop confidence, discipline, leadership abilities, and purpose while encouraging positive decision-making and community involvement.
The program is free; however, space is limited. Freewill offerings are accepted to assist with program activities and materials.
A Young Man with a Vision
A mentorship and leadership development program for young men focused on:
• Integrity and discipline
• Leadership and responsibility
• Time and money management
• Goal setting and wise decision-making
• Character development and personal value
• Hygiene, self-care, and staying focused
A Young Woman with a Vision
A mentorship and development program for young women inspired by the life and character of Mary, the mother of Jesus, focused on:
• Purity, wisdom, and confidence
• Leadership and purpose preparation
• Time management and commitment
• Hygiene and self-care
• Positive identity and decision-making
• Remaining focused despite cultural and environmental pressures
Program Focus
Through mentorship, discussion, activities, and life-skills training, students will be encouraged to:
• Build confidence and leadership skills
• Develop discipline and responsibility
• Strengthen communication and decision-making abilities
• Learn the value of teamwork and community
• Stay focused on goals and future success

Ministry Support Stipend Opportunity
Youth With A Vision Ministries Incorporated is seeking individuals interested in assisting with our faith-based summer youth initiatives and digital content support projects.
These are limited ministry support opportunities designed to provide experience, creativity, mentorship, and hands-on participation in ministry and media-related projects. Depending on available ministry funding, a small stipend may be provided
Areas of Assistance May Include:
• Assisting with summer youth program activities
• Faith-based content creation support
• Basic video editing and media assistance
• Social media and digital outreach support
• Creative AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, VisionStory, OpenArt, and related platforms
• General ministry project assistance
Requirements:
• Must be a United States resident
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of creative media or AI platforms is preferred
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally
• Flexible availability averaging approximately 5 hours per week (may vary depending on ministry needs)
This is not a formal employment position. These opportunities are ministry-based support and learning experiences intended to assist with community outreach, youth engagement, and creative ministry projects.

The vision of Faith Vision Television is to become a trusted, faith-based global media platform that amplifies faith in action, promotes humanitarian restoration, and provides clean, scandal-free programming that honors God and uplifts communities around the world.
Faith Vision Television exists to shine a light on solutions rather than scandals, restoration rather than exposure, and compassion rather than condemnation. About Pastor Elaine Nelson
Pastor Elaine Nelson is the visionary leader and founder of Family and Friends Worship, Prayer & the Word Church. With a heart devoted to God and a passion for people, she is committed to preaching and teaching the unadulterated Word of God with clarity, compassion, and boldness.
Pastor Elaine carries a deep burden for spiritual growth, restoration, and discipleship. Her ministry emphasizes worship that invites God’s presence, prayer that transforms lives, and biblical truth that builds strong foundations. She believes every believer is called, equipped, and empowered by God to walk in purpose.
Through teaching, outreach, mentorship, and global online fellowship, Pastor Elaine encourages individuals and families to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ and live lives that reflect His love and power.

Family and Friends Worship, Prayer & the Word Church is honored to be affiliated in fellowship with Spirit & Life World Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Bryant McNeal.
Pastor Elaine Nelson was licensed and ordained in December 2021 through Spirit & Life World Ministries. This sacred affirmation of ministry was witnessed and supported by Dr. Catherine McNeal, Evangelist Margaret Fields, and Pastor Barry Burdette of House of Prayer Church of God in Christ, who later went home to be with the Lord.
We remain grateful for the spiritual covering, leadership, and fellowship shared through this connection in the body of Christ.

Our mission is to provide both spiritual guidance and practical opportunities that help individuals and families build stable and productive futures. Through the support of partners and donors, our programs reach communities locally and internationally, addressing both immediate needs and long-term development.
Your partnership helps support initiatives that include:
• Weekly feeding programs for youth and families in underserved communities
• Distribution of Bibles and spiritual resources to individuals and communities in remote areas
• International Bible Soldiers Training, providing biblical education and leadership development for youth and families
• Agricultural sustainability initiatives, including planting fruit and food trees in communities in Pakistan and Lagos, Nigeria
• Technology access, including phones and digital tools so participants can join online training and discipleship programs
In addition to these outreach initiatives, we are committed to economic empowerment and workforce preparation.
Through our partnership with Call Catchers 4 U Incorporated, we provide hands-on job training and real work experience in areas such as:
• Professional call answering and customer service
• Lead intake and client communication
• Virtual receptionist and remote office support
• Business communication and technology skills
• Professional workplace training and ethics
This workforce development initiative helps prepare participants for employment in today’s remote and technology-driven economy, while also creating pathways for job placement and income opportunities.
Our programs serve individuals who are seeking to enter or reenter the workforce, including youth, individuals rebuilding their lives, and those looking for opportunities to develop new skills in a supportive environment.
